Announcements/ Notices/ Mass Mailing Sent to Full-time Undergraduate Students in the Past 6 Months

Dear Students,

The Undergraduate Examinations Board has considered and approved on 14 July 2022 the graduation results of 2nd term 2021-22.  Please note the following pertaining to the graduation results, letter of certification, academic transcripts and collection of degree certificates.

Graduation Results

The graduation results (subject to Senate approval) for students who fulfilled all graduation requirements will be released on 21 July 2022 on RES homepage.  Students may enquire their honours classification at this website: http://www.res.cuhk.edu.hk/en-gb/graduates/graduation-results

For students who are taking courses in the Summer Session and/or with pending grades/documents/records at the time of graduation assessment of 2nd term 2021-22, their degree honours classification result will be released around mid-August 2022 or at a later date (depending on the fulfilment of conditions for graduation).

For students who cannot graduate due to various reasons, they will receive an e-mail notification from RES in due course and should register courses to fulfil the requirements in the next academic term/year.

Letter of Certification and Academic Transcript (Student Copy)

A letter of certification and a copy of the academic transcript (student copy) will be sent by mail starting from 28 July 2022 to the students’ HOME ADDRESS recorded in CUSIS.  For those with pending graduation requirements, these documents will be sent around mid-August 2022 after their fulfillment of the requirements, or at a later date (depending on the fulfillment of conditions for graduation).

Collection of Degree Certificates

The degree certificates will be available for collection around October/November 2022.  Detailed arrangements on collection of degree certificates will be announced on RES homepage in September 2022.
