Column 1 being the x value
Column 2 being the y value

Diameter of dot = 2xradius+1 pixels
a pixel is used if radius = 0. No dots if radius<0
Join dots by line
Check the box if dots are to be joined by lines
Click the appropriate button depending on using normal or log scaling for the two axis
