| Abstract | The Scientific Committee invites submissions of original work for consideration of presentation at the Symposium. Abstracts must be submitted via internet through the Symposium website before 28 February 2019 for poster presentation. The Scientific committee will confirm the acceptance of the abstract by early March 2019. For more detail please click here. |
| Letter of Invitation | A formal letter of invitation will be issued to registered delegates by the Secretariat on request. |
| Certificate of Attendance | A certificate of attendance will be issued to all delegates. |
| Exhibition | An exhibition will take place in conjunction with the Symposium. Interested enterprises are welcome to display their products and technologies. For further details, please contact the Secretariat. |
| Liability | The Symposium Secretariat and Organizers do not take liability for personal accidents and loss or damage to private property of participants either during or directly arising from the Symposium. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurances. |
| Disclaimer | While every effort would be made to ensure that all aspects of the Symposium stated in the announcement will take place as scheduled, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to make any changes without prior notice should the need arises. |
| Cancellation Policy | Fees will be refunded with a 25% deduction if notification of cancellation is issued (by fax or email) on or before 31 October 2018. There will be a 50% refund on or before 31 January 2019. No refunds will be made after 31 January 2019. |
