Program References
Data Input for Sample Size is a table of 5 columns
Each row contains data from a separate study
    Col 1 = Probability of Type I Error α
    Col 2 = Power (1 - β)
Col 3 = Expected Within Group Standard Deviation
Col 4 = Critical Difference, the tolerated limit of difference to be considered trivial
    Col 5 = Ratio of sample sizes (ngroup2 / ngroup1)

Data Input for Equivalence Analysis is a table of 8 columns
Each row contains data from a separate study
    Col 1, 2, and 3 = n, mean, and SD of group 1
    Col 4, 5, and 6 = n, mean, and SD of group 2
    Col 7 = Probability of Type I Error α
Col 8 = Critical Difference, the tolerated limit of difference to be considered trivial
