Program References
Data Input for Sample Size is a table of 5 columns
Each row contains data from a separate study
    Col 1 = probability of Type I error (α)
    Col 2 = power (1-β)
Col 3 = reference mean or expected average of the two groups
Col 4 = reference Standard Deviation (SD) or expected background SD
Col 5 = Critical Difference (tolerable level) for equivalence

Data Input for Bioequivalence Analysis is a table of 5 columns
Each row contains data from a separate study
Col 1 = sample size (per group or number of pairs)
Col 2 = reference mean or mean of reference group
Col 3 = reference Standard Deviation or Standard Deviation of reference group
Col 4 = Difference (mean of test group - reference mean)
Col 5 = probability of Type I error to be used for power analysis
