Reference Probability for each pattern in a group P(pattern|group).
First row Group Names (Single character of word)
    First column a single word or character as a filler
    All other columns group names, single word or character
Each Subsequent row the probability of a pattern for each group
    First column the pattern of +s and -s
    All other columns probability P(pattern|group)
All rows must have same number of columns, separated by spaces or tabs

Array of of A Priori Probabilities
Single Row of relative frequencies or probabilities for each group
Number of columns = number of groups

Array of Costs Coefficients
Single row of relative cost or loss for each group if erroneously not assigned.
Number of columns = number of groups
