Speaker's Bio	Dr. Paula Hodgson is currently working in the Centre for Learning Enhancement And Research (CLEAR) in CUHK. She has been working in higher education for over fifteen years. One of the key milestones in her career was to manage the University Grants Committee (UGC) funded projects both institution-wide, and joint-institutions projects in universities in Hong Kong. The successful model for how to manage projects with a team of specialists and multiple stakeholders was published in both local and international conferences.
Workshop Description	Are you currently planning or working on your final year project or a large team project? Do you want to learn how to manage it more effectively and efficiently? This interactive workshop will provide you with the essentials of how to plan, monitor and evaluate projects. Whether you are working on projects in the university or in the workplace, this workshop will showcase a successful model of how to manage a winning project. Participants will be encouraged to consider how they can apply the concepts introduced to their own projects (individual or group) during the workshop.
