Coursera Founder Launches “AI For Everyone” Course

Andrew Ng, the founder of Coursera, the founding lead of Google Brain, the former vice-president of Baidu and an Adjunct Professor at Stanford University, is offering the online course AI For Everyone on Cousera in early 2019 for helping non-technical business professionals in understanding artificial intelligence (AI).
According to the description on Coursera, the course will help learners understand technologies like machine learning and deep learning and spot opportunities to apply AI to problems in their organizations. The learners will see examples of what today’s AI can and cannot do. Finally, they will understand how AI is impacting society and how to navigate through this technological change.
“If you are a non-technical business leader, ‘AI for Everyone’ will help you understand how to build a sustainable AI strategy,” Ng wrote in his Medium blog. “If you are a machine learning engineer or data scientist, this is the course to ask your manager, VP or CEO to take if you want them to understand what you can (and cannot!) do.”
The exact start date of AI For Everyone is not announced yet, but Coursera users can pre-enroll to the programme.
The course is organized by Andrew Ng’s deeplearning.ai which offers a variety of AI courses covering AI skills like machine learning, deep learning and neural network.
