BOLT Symposium Discussed The Future of Blended Learning

The BOLT Blended Learning Symposium @ PolyU was held today with teachers discussing the future of blended learning and demonstrating the latest technologies employed.

The symposium was held in the campus of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU). Dr. Maren Deepwell, the chief executive of the Association for Learning Technology (ALT), shares her views on critical perspectives on blended learning in her keynote speech. Teachers from five local universities also shared their blended learning practices. The sharing is followed by a round-table discussion on the coming developments.




In the two extended workshops, representatives from PolyU and HKU demonstrated new technologies in livestreaming and building an AI tutor without coding. Posters showing latest blended learning practices in local universities were also exhibited at the venue.
