Biography

After receiving her BA (Hons) in Translation at Lingnan University, Sharon completed her MA in Translation at CUHK and MSc in Applied Linguistics and Second Language Acquisition at University of Oxford, UK. Prior to joining the ILC, she had taught at a self-finance institution for 8 years. She had also taught at City University of Hong Kong, Lingnan University and The Open University of Hong Kong.  Sharon is interested in second language acquisition, in particular language assessment, English listening and speaking.
