CUHK Jockey Club Institute of Ageing Launch Conference 2015
"Creating Age-Friendly Communities"
With the theme of "Creating Age-Friendly Communities", the conference brings together prominent scholars around the world as well as renowned not-for-profit organizations to participate and share their vision to building age-friendly communities. Speakers include distinguished scholars from China, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore and the United States. Topics covered in the conference include Redesigning Communities for Aged Society, the Age-Friendly City movement led by the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, Frailty and Geriatric Syndromes as well as Age-friendly Hospital and Service.
