Behind the Mask
For more than a year, when going out, we will make sure to have a few protective items in bag, for example, hand sanitizer and mask. These items have now become an indispensable part in our daily life. Speaking of masks, they can also be practical and fashionable to wear. Their design can show one’s imagination and identity.
Last November, the College designed and produced its own face masks for its members and friends. Made in Hong Kong, the College masks are simple and yet stylish in the design. The masks come up with the colours of the College’ emblems, blue and golden. The English names of the College and the University are hot stamped on the face masks. Each face mask with 3-ply construction is in individual package. With optimal comfort and high filtration efficiency, the wearer can use it with ease.
As the COVID-19 pandemic sweeps through the city, there are uncertainties and challenges ahead but the College still weathered the storm. Although we need to minimize face-to-face meeting but every member in our home is not apart. Wearing the College mask, we will think of our identity in this family, remember the companionship of teachers and friends, and recall the fond memories at home. We look forward to the day when we can meet one another at the College.
