Two incidents happened on 14 Dec causing our users failure in accessing some services on 14 Dec 2021. Remedies have been taken to resume the service.

Affected Period	11:50 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Cause	Internet routing incident
Service Affected	Users might experience failure in accessing some services or websites intermittently.

Affected Period	6:34 p.m. – 7:20 p.m.
Cause	Authentication service
Service Affected	Users might experience failure in connecting to campus network (wifi/VPN/ResNet) intermittently.
