All staff, students and alumni can have cloud storage to store, share and sync your own study / work files wherever there is an Internet access. The storage size is 5TB for staff and 1TB for students / alumni.

CUHK staff and students are separated groups under “The Chinese University of Hong Kong”. If staff need to have frequent and secured collaboration with a large group of students for courses / projects, please apply for a project account in “student cloud”. |

| 4 | Specific People | Secured sharing to specific email address, including non-CUHKers. | Your recipient will receive a verification code from Microsoft while accessing the files. Check Junk folder if it is not found. |
