To care for the physical and mental wellness of the students during the epidemics, Uni-Y (CCC CUHK) launched the ZOOM “Beyond-Lectures” Series in March 2020, which offered a series of cultural and sports activities for students to join via Zoom. The Series included Western calligraphy, Mindfulness Yoga, high-intensity interval training and German cultural sharing, in which over 80 students took part. |

The College organized a Magic Workshop via Zoom on 23 March 2020, for participants to get a taste of playing magic. The workshop was taught by Chung Chi student Mr. Lau Kwun Ming (Information Engineering/ year 4). |

An online Simultaneous Interpretation Workshop was held on 3 April 2020. Ms. Jiang Hong, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Translation, CUHK, was invited to be the guest speaker to introduce useful skills in simultaneous interpretation. |

The College launched “Chung Chi Interest Groups Sharing” in April. Through forming groups with different topics (e.g. cooking, sports, movie, etc.) among students, they can share via online platform their lives during the epidemics. The College Mentor Programme organized the “Q & A sharing session with CC Alumni” twice in April 2020 via Zoom. The first one was held on 7 April 2020. Mr. Jimmy Chan (right, 2000/Physics), Chairman of College Alumni Association, shared on the topic “Entrepreneurship, Digital Marketing & IT Industry”. |

An Online Sharing on Mental Health Wellness was held on 8 April 2020. Dr. Lau Yuk Shing, a specialist in Psychiatry, was invited to share with participants how to take care of their own as well as others’ emotions, and maintain a positive and optimistic attitude during the COVID-19 pandemic. |

The second “Q & A sharing session with CC Alumni” was held on 29 April 2020 and the topic was “Tips for job hunting during epidemic period”. Two experienced headhunters were invited as guest speakers, who were: Ms. Dorothy Fok (middle), a Chung Chi alumna (1999/ BBA), and Mr. Danvis Lau (right). Besides speaking on the above-mentioned topic, they also shared their experiences on recruiting and answered questions from the audience about job hunting. |

Three sharing sessions on Overseas Exchange Experience were conducted via Zoom on 17, 22 & 29 April 2020. Participants of the College Exchange Programme were invited to give sharing on their overseas learning experiences. |

An advanced workshop on job hunting and interview was organized by the College Mentor Programme on 6 June 2020, and once again invited alumnus Mr. Wong Kin Man (1983 / Accounting) to serve as the guest speaker. Mr. Wong is the Chief Financial Officer of the Hong Kong Electric Investments with more than thirty years of experience in the international finance and accounting sector. Through the online platform, he shared with students and young alumni the knowledge and skills in job hunting. |
