CUHK’s excellence in Computer Science, and Gastroenterology and Hepatology is recognised in the Best Global Universities Subject Rankings of the US News and World Report 2021.
In the Best Global Universities Subject Rankings announced by the US News and World Report 2021, CUHK is ranked No. 11 worldwide and No. 1 in Hong Kong in Computer Science; and No. 13 worldwide and No. 1 in Asia in Gastroenterology and Hepatology.
The Best Global Universities Subject Rankings cover a total of 38 subjects and evaluate nearly 1,500 top universities across 86 countries using over 10 research performance indicators, namely number of publications and books, total number of citations, global and regional research reputation, and international collaboration.
