Job Description

Responsibilities

• Project planning and management, including product and market research
• Review scripts and monitor editorial works
• Liaise with authors and illustrators to develop projects
• Provide editorial training and/or supervision/coaching for junior editorial staff
• Assist in promotional activities with sales and marketing teams
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• University graduate in Mathematics or related discipline
• Minimum 6 years editorial or related experience in Mathematics
• Familiar with the local Primary or Secondary Mathematics curriculum and publishing production
• Supervisory experience essential
• Excellent command of Chinese and English, both verbal and written
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese input
• Organised and self-motivated
• Candidate with greater experience will be considered as more senior position
