Job Description

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall project management, including project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, progress reporting, risk management, and have overall accountability from all activities during project life-cycle, in accordance with the Project Governance, Methodologies and Framework
•  Manage business requirements gathering, analysis and documentation. Act as a bridge between users, technical team and vendors to ensure the business requirements well address business needs
•  Work closely with users and technical team to drive user testing exercises including UAT test plan and test cases
•  Identify and formulate solution to address issues, risks, dependencies and changes requests that require escalation to management decision
• Ensure the project milestones and deliverables to be completed on time, within agreed cost and meet the required quality standard

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years’ solid experiences in project management
• Experience in system development and design is an advantage
• Familiar with the development cycle of multimedia project and online system project at database administration and online programming environment
• Familiar with software development life cycle and IT documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Demonstrated leadership capability, ability to motivate and mentor others within work group
