My name is Anshul, and I come from India. At the Chinese University of Hong Kong, I am a penultimate-year undergraduate Computer Science student with a planned minor in Finance. With Professor Chaoran Huang's help, I'll be constructing Huang Lab for the Department of EE in the summer of 2021. Apart from this fascinating initiative, I am particularly interested in ETF, futures, and options trading, for which I am interning at XY Capital in Central Hong Kong, a fast-paced and well-known proprietary trading firm. Prior to joining XY, I worked as a global digital transformation intern at BASF East Asia Pacific, a Fortune 500 firm, where I was responsible for converting data using time series algorithms such as ARIMA and VARX on global market KPIs. I enjoy learning new skills, which is why I enjoy participating in various projects.
Putting aside this dull introduction, I have a strong interest in racquet sports such as tennis, squash, and badminton, and have tried unsuccessfully to join the university team on several occasions. However, as a self-motivated individual, I enjoy playing these sports in my spare time and exercising regularly to maintain my fitness and enhance my immunity. I enjoy hiking and have hiked on 70 percent of Hong Kong's trails.(
