Prof. Elmo Gonzaga will serve as a speaker of Conference on “Digital Media and Borders: Infrastructures, mobilities, and practices across Asia and beyond” from 7 to 9 December 2017 at Lingnan University. Prof. Gonzaga will present a paper entitled “Algorithmic Calibration in the Digital Statecraft of Smart Nation Singapore” in the panel of “Between Geo-location and Urban Situatedness” on 7 December 2017.
