Invitation to ‘Masterminds, Masterclasses’ (16-18 November 2021)

The Hong Kong Laureate Forum (the Forum) will be hosting an event on ‘Masterminds, Masterclasses’ during 16-18 November 2021. It is a flagship programme in 2021 for the prelude to the inaugural Hong Kong Laureate Forum and comprises a seminar with world-renowned scientists as speakers, including Shaw Laureates, recipients of Breakthrough Prize, CNRS Gold Medal, Fields Medal and Royal Medal, for three disciplines, namely Life Science and Medicine, Astronomy and Mathematical Sciences. The event will be conducted in a hybrid mode for around a hundred in-person participants and will host online participants.

 

CUHK faculty members and students are invited to join this event. Speakers from CUHK include Prof. Dennis Lo, Li Ka Shing Professor of Medicine, and Prof. CHU Ming Chung, Professor and Prof. Kenneth Young, Emeritus Professor of the Department of Physics.
