职责

Main Duties:

- Responsibilities on project overall coordination including progress, quality, client relation and related document submission

- To monitor overall contractual and technical matters for all projects

- To ensure the project can deliver on schedule

- Sub-contractors, Vendors management

 
Requirements:

- Degree / Diploma or above in Building services / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or relevant disciplines

- Minimum 2 years experience in ELV, CCTV, Security projects

- Creative, self-motivated with good management and effective communication skills

- To organize all project documents submission and approval

- Strong organizational and analytical skills

- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Ability to speak Putonghua will be an advantage

- Proficient in using MS Office application

- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager

- Immediate available is preferred
