The course aims to help students understand a number of key issues in social service agencies: organizational change and culture, environmental effects and strategic behavior, organizational networking, and cross-cultural management. Students are expected to apply relevant organizational theories in the analysis and resolution of administrative issues. Recent trends and issues of organizational development and management practice will be discussed in the social context of Hong Kong and the changing global environment.
