The CUHK Social Work Alumni Association organized an event titled “Life and Death Educational Workshop” on 21 August 2021 in Yasumoto International Academic Park, with Ms. Heidi Tang, our alumnus, as the facilitator.
Participants made reflections and sharing over personal views and values over the concept of life and death, which facilitated their self-awareness on the issue. The event also promoted participants’ understanding on the work attitude and philosophy in life and death education, as well as the needs and difficulties encountered by the service users. 28 students and alumni of our Department attended this activity.
