| Programme Overview | The CUHK International Summer School (ISS) is a programme where you can meet new friends from around the world, learn in an open and stimulating environment, and spend a fun-filled summer exploring a cosmopolitan city.
The July Session offers 14 content courses in four academic areas taught by outstanding CUHK and visiting professors from renowned overseas universities, as well as Chinese language courses in Putonghua (Mandarin) and Cantonese. All courses will be taught in English apart from Chinese language courses, and they will be delivered online via Zoom and other virtual learning platforms. Academic courses are accompanied by a slew of exciting virtual cultural activities ranging from city tours, cooking classes to heritage walks. This year we will be recreating many of the popular ISS cultural activities virtually, and they will be specifically designed to promote interaction among participants. |
