Act Now! Recruitment of Student Ambassadors of Medical Visit Buddy 2019 from Faculty of Medicine and School of Chinese Medicine (With training provided)

Let’s become Student Ambassadors of Medical Visit Buddy 2019. With a series of intergenerational and community-based experiential learning activities,
• students will support older adults with skills of self-care management and health services navigation
• the older adults will serve as life mentors for students to understand their needs and concern as patients.

If you are
– undergraduate students from the Faculty of Medicine or School of Chinese Medicine, and
– a year 1 or year 2 student, and
– able to listen to and speak in Cantonese.

Join us

• for the series of Training Workshop, experiential session, sharing, home visits, companionship of clinic visit, etc.

In addition

• Book vouchers and certificates will be given upon completion of the programme and submission of a reflective booklet.
• Claims for all travelling will be available.
• The programme will be from June 2019 to November 2019.
