Graduates receive invitation letters by post from the School. Please notify us as soon as possible by 2209 0274 / 2209 0478 if your address has been/will be changed.

Closing date for graduates to register online. All registration has to be made ONLINE. Postal registration will NOT be accepted. Click here for online registration.

1 November 2021

Graduates can start renting gowns from the five designated outlets of Victoria Uniform Company (Sheung Wan, Prince Edward, Tsuen Wan, Shatin and Tai Po).  Please register online on the company’s website at least one day before visiting the chosen outlet. (School Code: CUSCS2021)

Note: Online registration for gown rental will start on 31 October 2021.

5 November 2021*

Graduates who have successfully registered online and requested ticket(s) for their family members and friends will receive the following items from the School:
(i)  a confirmation letter and admission ticket(s)
     by post; and
(ii) a distinct temporary campus access QR code
     for each guest, inclusive of the one for the
     graduate, by email
