Fieldwork practice is an imperative part of social work education. With three social work training programmes [i.e. BSSc Programme in Social Work, MSSc Programme in Social Work (Full-time) & MSSc Programme in Social Work (Part-time)], there are around 400 students taking fieldwork practicum under the guidance of around 80 full-time and part-time field instructors every academic year. We are honored to have these well-qualified field instructors’ contributions to building our students as envisioned and competent professionals.
Mr. Chan Kar-choi, Ms. Chan Man-yee, Portia, Ms. Tse Kit-yee, Miranda and Ms. Wong Lai-moy, Carman have received the Exemplary Field Instruction Award 2019-20, which aims to publicly acknowledge the dedication and excellence of our field instructors.
The Department will hold the fourth Exemplary Field Instruction Award Presentation Ceremony cum Agency Seminar. Details will be announced later.
