曾任中学教师、中国历史科科主任、专业发展项目助理经理、讲师、香港大学博士后研究员、新加坡国立教育学院及香港教育学院助理教授。任教科目包括华人社会的教育改革,学校教育的架构与过程及教师发展与领导。研究范围包括:教育分权政策、中国教育发展与改革、教育变迁下的教师专业及校本教师专业发展。
