Dr. Cecilia Lam is a fully registered Educational and Developmental division member of the Australian Psychological Society and a registered health practitioner in the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. She also a member of The Hong Kong Psychological Society Division of Educational Psychology and a registered member of The Hong Kong Association of Educational Psychologists.

Dr. Lam applied the Integrated Scientist-Practitioner model as an Educational Psychologist. She has worked across settings, in school (local mainstream and international schools, overseas school), community center, institution, and medical context. In her practice, she combines research and clinical practice and provides her services with a scientific evidence-based approach. Dr. Lam is specialized in diagnosing and managing children with Developmental Delay, Specific Learning Difficulties (Chinese and English), Executive Functioning challenges, Social-behavioral challenges, including Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and Conduct Disorder, School and Community Crisis Management.
