Harold Chui obtained his Bachelor and Master of Science degrees from the University of Toronto and Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Maryland at College Park. He completed postdoctoral research in psychotherapy at The Gordon F. Derner School of Psychology in New York. He is a Licensed Psychologist in New York and an Associate Fellow in the Hong Kong Psychological Society.
Harold teaches counselling-related courses (e.g., school guidance and counselling, personal growth, counselling techniques and process) at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels and currently serves as Associate Dean of Students at Lee Woo Sing College at CUHK.
Harold's research interests include multicultural issues in counselling, psychotherapist training and supervision, counselling process and outcome, and teacher and student mental health.
