教学工作
哲学博士 (教育行政与政策)
本课程以研究为主,辅以修课。学员会在导师指导下,就个人的学术兴趣进行研究。过程之中,导师会启发和引导学员,并按国际标准评估成绩。哲学博士课程旨在让学员能专精于教育研究的某个领域。透过研讨会、修课、综合考试和论文研究及撰写,有助学员在文献回顾、概念形成、研究设计和理论建构等方面的研习。
修读办法
本课程以研究为主,学员通常在论文导师及其他教师的指导下修读为其个别设计的课程,参加研讨班及进行研究。学员在综合考试取得及格成绩后,可获博士候选人资格。学员其后在论文委员会指导下,于规定时限内呈交论文计划书、完成论文,并参加有关论文之口试,取得及格成绩,方可毕业。

The experience of studying in the programme helped me in building a solid empirical basis for the theoretical descriptions in international perspective and in capturing the "real world" problem with Chinese education. The program provides an academic community where I can interact with my supervisor, committee members, other teachers and peers.
