Application fee is NON-REFUNDABLE regardless of the application result.  Payment of the application fee is merely an application procedure which does not indicate that the University has accepted the application.  If applicants have paid the application fee even though they do not meet the application requirements or fail to submit the application form and related documents according to the instructions, their applications will not be processed. The application fees paid will not be refunded either.
