Yin Yang Yoga for Beginners
Yin Yang Yoga combines Yin Yoga and Yang Yoga together that helps to calm and balance the mind and body, and to reduce stress and anxiety. Yin Yoga is a slower practice where poses are held for longer time, working on the deep, dense connective tissues and joints in the body, while Yang Yoga refers to a more active practice working on the muscles and blood flow, building strength, stamina and flexibility.
The participants of the Yin Yang Yoga for Beginners found yoga relaxing and easier than imagined. In particular, they appreciated that they could see their own improvements throughout the sessions and that, with the small class size, the instructor was able to correct their postures in person.
