教學工作
哲學博士 (教育行政與政策)
本課程以研究為主，輔以修課。學員會在導師指導下，就個人的學術興趣進行研究。過程之中，導師會啟發和引導學員，並按國際標準評估成績。哲學博士課程旨在讓學員能專精於教育研究的某個領域。透過研討會、修課、綜合考試和論文研究及撰寫，有助學員在文獻回顧、概念形成、研究設計和理論建構等方面的研習。
修讀辦法
本課程以研究為主，學員通常在論文導師及其他教師的指導下修讀為其個別設計的課程，參加研討班及進行研究。學員在綜合考試取得及格成績後，可獲博士候選人資格。學員其後在論文委員會指導下，於規定時限內呈交論文計劃書、完成論文，並參加有關論文之口試，取得及格成績，方可畢業。

The experience of studying in the programme helped me in building a solid empirical basis for the theoretical descriptions in international perspective and in capturing the "real world" problem with Chinese education. The program provides an academic community where I can interact with my supervisor, committee members, other teachers and peers. It contributes to the construction of my identity as a novice researcher and teacher educator.
