Professor William Bianco of Indiana University will share his expertise with us. Professor Bianco is Professor of Political Science at Indiana University.  His research focuses on legislative institutions and majority rule, with the goal of predicting institutional choices and responsiveness to citizen demands across regime settings, including the U.S. Congress, the Russian  Duma, and legislatures in Western and Eastern Europe.
