The 3rd General Education Student Seminar was organized by Office of University General Education (OUGE) on 8 October 2011. In the beginning of the seminar, Vice-Chancellor Prof Joseph Sung presented the Student’s Best Work Award to the awardees. Among them, eight awardees presented their essays orally at the seminar which was divided into four parts, with a feedback and discussion session hosted by two students in the end of each part. The OUGE published a booklet which not only included the six essays which received the 1st General Education Student’s Best Work Award and eleven outstanding essays, but also teachers’ comments on these essays. |
