Debuted in 2001, Fun Run is an annual health-promoting event jointly organized by the Faculty of Medicine and Chung Chi College of The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Offering two routes of Explorers (5 Km) and Challengers (10 Km), the race starts at Prince of Wales Hospital, the teaching hospital of the Faculty and ends at Lingnan Stadium, Chung Chi College in the University. Open to staff, students and alumni from both Faculty and College, the Run attracts more than 500 participants a year to gather together for a morning of socializing, healthy and competitive fun.
