The publication “Ethnicity influences Phenotype and Outcomes in Inflammatory Bowel Disease: A Systematic Review and Meta-analysis of Population-Based Studies” highlights significant variation in the demographics, familial predisposition, disease phenotype and clinical outcomes of inflammatory bowel disease between Caucasians, Blacks, Hispanics, and Asians.
