Service Affected	If users go to ITSC online Service Desk (http://servicedesk.itsc.cuhk.edu.hk) during the above period, they will be re-directed to the online submission form at https://cai.itsc.cuhk.edu.hk/servicedesk/guest/ to leave messages to ITSC without login unable to log into ITSC online Service Desk to trace your previous conversation with ITSC staff
