CUHK WiFi Authentication Error (11 Oct 2017 4:15pm – 5:51pm)

Users Affected	CUHK staff, students and alumni

Cause	The authentication error was caused by the auto-update patches within the related authentication server. The related server supplier has applied fixes to solve the problem.
Service Affected	Users received “authentication error” or “can’t join the network” while connecting to the following WiFi SSID CUHK CUHKa CUHK1x CUguest Staff and students please switch to use eduroam during the affected period
Status	The service is now resumed
