(Resumed) Blackboard Unstable since 9 May 00:45

Cause	Incident
Service Affected	Users found Blackboard (https://blackboard.cuhk.edu.hk) unstable. Some users could log on Blackboard and use it. Some users received “Sign On Errors” so they could not get into the system. Blackboard vendor is tackling the problem now. If there was any submission deadline / online exam during the course, please inform the course teachers about the service outage. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
