Unstable Wifi Connection in Some Student Hostels on 31 Oct

Affected Period	31 Oct 2016 4:58pm – 5:25pm
Cause	A wifi controller that serving some student hostels were found hanging up.
Service Affected	Users may experience unstable wifi connection or fail to connect to wifi service in student hostels.
Solution	The problem has been resolved by shutting down the in-room AP.
