Slow Response of CUHK Webmail

Cause	Heavy loads among the mail servers
Service Affected	CUHK Webmail users experienced slow response, email delivery delay and email duplication. The following users will NOT be affected: Departments using Office 365 Mail, exchange (e-service) or self-mail servers Users having xxxx@cuhk.edu.hk pointing to Office 365 Mail, exchange (e-service), other email (it is shown as Email Drop Box at http://cai.itsc.cuhk.edu.hk/alias)
Solution	To relieve the loading, massive mails were put on hold and re-processed when the loading dropped, which led to email duplication. The mail queue has now been cleared.
