Call forwarding service of IP Phone is still available during the course of work.

If your office PC is wired from IP Phone to connect to the internet,

• You are recommended to turn off your office PCs over the weekends;
• Please avoid access your office PC in office or remotely during the maintenance

Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Several old model IP Phone sets need to be manually reset to resume their call functions. The reset will take about 10-15 minutes to complete and will be handled by Departmental IP Phone Administrators or ITSC IPT support.
