ITSC was informed by the related telecommunication service provider, 3HK, on 13 Mar 2020 (Fri) about their change of their SMS Manager Platform by 31 Mar 2020 (Tue). After evaluating the impact to the SMS Gateway, ITSC has to conduct system reconfiguration and data import to cope with the telecom’s change.

The above end time is estimated as 6 Apr before. The service is resumed earlier on 30 Mar once ITSC completes the system work and check. Separate notifications are sent to the affected users.
