(Resumed) Duo User Portal Unavailable on 13 Jul

User Affected	Users who visit Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Self-Service User Portal i.e. Duo User Portal

End Time	13 Jul 2020 (Mon) 7:00PM
Cause	After investigation, the interruption was caused during log switching and is rectified as soon as it is identified.
Service Affected	Users once could not reach 2FA Self-Service User Portal at https://duo.itsc.cuhk.edu.hk. They reported seeing a blank page or a page kept loading. ITSC has resumed the service.
