Project Coordinator (200001EB)
Description The appointee will be responsible for (a) handling administrative tasks related to student career planning and internship programmes; (b) providing clerical support to the General Office; (c) taking care of M.A. Programme promotion, admissions, budget, administration and related matters; (d) providing support to M.A. students; (e) handling summer exchange programmes; and (f) performing other tasks as assigned by the Department Chairman.
Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor’s degree; (ii) at least 2 years’ work experience; (iii) a good command of English and Chinese; (iv) passed the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test Level N1 or equivalent; (v) a pleasant personality with good communication skill and team spirit; and (vi) the ability to work independently. Fresh graduates may also be considered.
