Charge	Each department enjoys 500 free WiFi day-passes per year (1 July to 30 June of the next year) (non-accumulative) Apply for extra quota?	HK$10 per day per guest
Pre-requisite	Department Head should firstly nominate a staff as Wi-Fi Guest Account Coordinator for the department (nominate now) to Create CUguest WiFi account online, administer and print the account details through WiFi Guest Account Application and Management System. Distribute Wi-Fi account information slip to guests Handle enquiries of guests	For Department Applicants will receive an email notification about the application result in three working days. For an approved application, applicants will also receive the account details through the same email. Please have the following information ready before filling the form below. They will be used for billing purpose when the event/conference/activity is completed. Company code Cost Centre/Project/Business Area Code and Name Account Code Applying for multiple accounts WiFi Guest Account Coordinators nominated by Department Head (nominate now) can create guest WiFi accounts online through WiFi Guest Account Application and Management System. Applying for a single account Departments can complete and submit WiFi Charged-account Service for Conferences Application Form online, For Student Society Chairperson of the student organization can complete and submit Charged WiFi Guest Accounts Application Forms. The student organization should take up the duties of WiFi Guest Account Coordinator that To collect Wi-Fi Guest Account Day-pass slip from ITSC. To distribute Wi-Fi account information slip to guests. To handle enquiries of guests Application results will be sent through email in 3 working days.
