We have been unable to deliver EB002364309HK due to incorrect information.
We require your input in order to attempt redelivery of this package.

We attempted delivery of this parcel on 2020.11.11, but the address provided was incorrect, and the package refused at the door.
Because of this refusal, your parcel has been taken to our depot and will remain there for another two days before it is returned.
